Because our work is based on time and expertise, we focus on credits and adjustments rather than traditional returns. If you decide not to use an itinerary once work has started, we may offer a partial credit based on the portion of work already completed.
To request a review of your project, contact us at request@klaxyronflixax.world with your name, trip details, and a short explanation of your request. We will respond with options based on the stage of planning work.
If your travel dates or destinations shift, we can often repurpose part of the work into a revised itinerary. In these cases we will share an updated outline and any additional fees before continuing.
Changes outside our control, such as transportation disruptions or venue closures, may require itinerary adjustments. We will help adapt your plan, but such shifts do not on their own qualify for credits.
When you contact us about changes or credits, we use your information only to review your project and respond with options.
